Whatever you think, your mind acts as a transmitter sending belief thought waves that become the truth for you. If you believe you are unworthy, unlovable, then you will be unworthy and unlovable.
Our thoughts take us places that can destroy or heal us. It is not easy to change thought, word, or feeling patterns. They are ingrained in us. They are learned patterns. However, because we can continue to learn, we can change our beliefs. We can tell our thoughts to “take a hike” and create new thoughts to replace our old beliefs.
