What is a positive performance coach?
My role is to help you perform better in life; that means learning mindset techniques to choose positive performance during a setback or when your life is out of balance: in other words, post traumatic growth!
Together, we co-create actions to explore and expand your mental skills practicing new tools as you evolve into a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Often there are some actions, thoughts, feelings that tells us we are not good enough or not smart enough to reach the results for which we are striving. And we believe that story.
You will train like an athlete using drills and mastering strategies that increase confidence and reduce anxiety. We will incorporate mental practice to move past the "fear of failure or mistakes." You will proactively use positive tactics to help with "overthinking and negative thinking" which clearly sabotage your best performance.
